Fertigation & Nutrient Dosing Systems
The right solution, at the right EC and pH, every cycle.

01
What fertigation is
Fertigation is dosing fertilizer into irrigation water as the plants are watered — so nutrition and watering happen in one pass, at a controlled concentration. It replaces hand-mixing and guesswork with a measurable, repeatable process.
02
How a Dosing System Is Built
-
A/B stock tanks — concentrated nutrient stock, separated so components cannot react in the tank
-
Proportional dosing — injection matched to water flow
-
Online pH, EC and DO control — measured and corrected continuously
-
Solution temperature management and disinfection — kept in the healthy range, treated against pathogens

03
The Recipe, Not a Guess
Commercial growing starts from established formulation systems — the Yamazaki formula (a common Japanese baseline), the Otsuka commercial formula (EC 2.0–2.2) and crop-specific recipes from national research programs. The point is not to copy one table but to start from a tested baseline and tune it per crop, stage and water source.
04
Why It Saves Nutrient
Precise, demand-based dosing delivers what the crop needs and little else. Quantitative management is reported to reduce fertilizer use by roughly 74% without yield loss, compared with conventional EC management — a saving in both cost and waste. (Published research reference, not a guarantee.)

05 Not a standalone box
Linked to the Rest of the System
Dosing is linked to irrigation flow and climate targets — because the crop's uptake changes with light and temperature, and the nutrient strategy has to follow. We integrate dosing into the control architecture rather than bolting it on.
06
What we deliver
A dosing scope: stock tanks, proportional injection, online pH/EC/DO control, temperature and disinfection — integrated with irrigation and climate into one control architecture.

FAQ.
Q: Why separate A and B tanks?
A: Concentrated nutrients can react and precipitate if mixed undiluted. Keeping them separate until the point of dosing protects the lines and the recipe.
Q: Can I adjust the recipe remotely?
A: Yes — the dosing setpoints are part of the control system and can be monitored and adjusted through the same interface as the rest of the farm.
Q: Is there one "best" formula?
A: No. Different formulas suit different crops and stages. We start from a tested baseline and tune it to your crop, stage and water — not copy a single table.
